SHIPPING

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-8 business days from the order date and shipped the day after the processing date. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

How will my order be shipped?

 

Your order will be sent by our methods of delivery 100% guaranteed with a tracking link that lets you track your order at any time.

    RETURNS

    How do I return an item?

    If you are not happy with your purchase and want to return a product, thank you to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Thank you for giving us the order number and the reasons for the return of the product.

    Then you simply send your order instead of shipping in China. You will find below the return address: SFC China Fulfillment Center, Floor 3, Building 3, Instrument World Industrial Park, NO 306 Guiyue Road , Guanlan Town, Longhua District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Provience. Note that all returns must be in their original condition and packaging intact.

     

    Will shipping be covered for my returns?

    All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

    What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

    Thank you to contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Your order number, an explanation of the problem, as well as written evidence of the problem will be required .. We do our best to treat your problem as soon as possible.

    How long is the returns process?

    The return process can take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm that your return is considered. If you do not receive an email, thank you to check in spam or contact our customer service again.

    When will I receive my refund?

    All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

    If you haven't received credit for your return yet, please contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
